  Laxmi Yadaiah (name changed) a 44 year old RMP, had a sudden attack of Brain stroke with Ganglio Capsular Bleed leading to right hemiplegia(paralysis). Pt got admitted in our hospital for functional rehabilitation. During his course in hospital, Patient was provided with 2 sessions of Physiotherapy per day, 24*7 nursing care, Diet counselling and was under observation of Doctors from time to time. Physiotherapy sessions included, Activity Based therapy, Electrotherapy, Strength and Gait training, Wheel chair mobility. With all these therapies, patient improved within 7 days and was discharged in stable condition. Patient and his family were very happy for the improvement obtained.
